2008-2009  Registration Information

Registration for everyone will be a “first come first serve”, as always procedure. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008. Music and Movement Studio 1580 Bernard Ave. Park in the rear of the church, off Elm Street. Enter down the stairs through the back door.

  

Payment Information for the 2008-2009 Year:

 

OPTION ONE—Pay by the Term

On April 7, everyone pays for September’s fees with  cheque for $60.00 dated September 1, 2008.

In September,  pay with 2 cheques.  First term cheque dated Oct.1 of $180 covers October, November, and December. Second term cheque of $240, dated February 1, 2009, for February, March, April, and May 2009. 

Note that no classes will be held in January

 

OPTION TWO—Pay by the Month

Pay for September’s fees with a cheque for $60.00 dated September 1, 2008, at registration time.

In September, provide 7 more cheques for $60.00, dated on the first day of October, November, December, February, March, April, and May.

 

Making Up Missed Classes:

If a class must be missed due to illness or other reasons, students may attend a class suitable to the age and program during the week of the missed class.  Check with Jan for an appropriate lesson to attend as a makeup class. No refund is given for missed classes.

 

Withdrawal from the Program:

A month’s notice is required for withdrawal. All cheques issued for fees following the expiry of the notice period will be returned.  If no notice is given, fees will be retained to cover the notice period, and the balance of the fees will be returned.
