REGISTRATION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1.  Registration day for all children is Monday, April 7, 2008

Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Music and Movement Studio 1580 Bernard Ave. Park in the rear of the church off Elm Street. Enter through the back basement door.

2.  You, or whoever is registering your child, must have the following documents:

 Registration form filled out with your first and second choices.

Two cheques --one dated April 7/08 for $20, Registration Fee, and another dated Sept. 1/08 for $60, September Fees.

3.  Two children from the same family must have separate registration forms  but they can be on the same cheque:  ie. April 7th for $40 and Sept.1 for $120.

4.  If you miss registration day, you may register any other time after April 7th that I am in the studio, by telephone 763-1554 or 317-2881, or by email to janharvey@shaw.ca keeping in mind that your first choice of classes may be full.

5.  Kindergarten parents- PLAY THE GUESSING GAME!!  I will do my best to accommodate your children no matter what changes are made in Sept.

6.  If the class you want is full when you get to the front of the line, don’t panic. Put your child’s name on your second choice or on the wait list for your first choice.  Things always change in the fall and somehow everyone ends up getting just what they want.

7.  Please note that my 2008-2009 term and fees have stayed the same!!  Classes are not held in January, and the year will be two terms of four months to the end of May. No fees will be charged for January.
